Nik has been a professional electric and upright bass player since his late teens and is a current Perrier Young Musicians Award winner.
After studying at The Royal Academy Of Music, he quickly established himself as one of the UK's most in demand bass players.

Nik has featured on concerts, recordings and clinics for some of the world's foremost musicians, such as Julian Lloyd Webber, Imelda May, Fraser T Smith (Craig David), John Blackwell (Prince, Justin Timberlake), Giorgio Serci (David Garrett), Dave Cliff (Wynton Marsalis), Dunstan Coulber, Matt Wates, Derek Nash (Jools Holland), Pete King (Charlie Watts), Allan Ganley (Cleo Laine), Frank Griffiths (Buddy Rich Band), Lanny Morgan, Alan Barnes, Carl Orr, Clark Tracey, Gilad Atzmon & Eva Katzler. In addition to these artists, Nik has also performed and recorded alongside members of Jamiroquai, Incognito, Level 42, and Sting.

He has had extensive TV and radio experience and has performed on such shows as Parkinson, Clive Anderson, Ruby Wax, Humphrey Lyttleton, Loose Ends and Artsworld.
